Safety

All of our extraordinary employees are interviewed and pass a nationwide detailed background check. Only about 10% of the people that apply end up working as a Team Members here at ICS.

What happens if something goes wrong during my appointment?

If something goes wrong we’re here to make it right. Please let us know right away and we’ll be there to take care of it. That’s our promise to you!

Is my billing information kept safe and secure?

We have three levels of security in place. First off our booking page is protected by extended validation ssl. Secondly our booking form has it’s own layer of 256 bit security. Third, credit card transactions are processed by stripe and is layered on their own 256 security protocol. In addition, no credit card numbers are stored in our system (only a token that allows us to charge the card). Rest assured we take security very very seriously.

Do the cleaning professionals go through a background check?

Yes they do. We run a detailed nationwide background check on all applicants as the last step in our pre-screening process.

What is your refund policy?

If something is not done to your expectations, please let us know. We’ll send a team out to make it right (within a 7 day window). If after our re-clean is completed and you’re still not happy with service, we offer a full refund.

Pricing

Is a tip already included in the cost of my cleaning?

No. All of our pricing does not include any tips or gratuity.

I am interested in scheduling an appointment. How can I find your availability?

We make this super easy! Giving us a call at 208-515-3101 is the best way to get availability, pricing, and schedule your appointment!

What form of payment do you accept?

We are a credit card only company. As such we only accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover cards.

Do I need to be home during the cleaning?

No. You are not required to be home at any point during your cleaning. That being said, if this is your first appointment, it’s usually a good idea to be present when the cleaning crew arrives so that you can provide them with a walk-through of your home. Once your cleaning is complete, it’s also a good idea to walk through the home again in order to ensure that everything is to your satisfaction.

How many Cleaning Team Members can I expect to perform the cleaning?

We typically send at least 2 cleaners to each job depending on the size of the home to be cleaned.

Can any of the Team Members move / lift any furniture?

Unfortunately, our employees are trained and only able to move furniture less than 50 lbs. Large pieces of furniture will be cleaned around.
